Not only in larger eCommerce-projects, but also in smaller marketing-website projects. From the planning and the choice of the service provider to the implementation and the final approval there are many does and don'ts which ought to be known. As independent project consultant I support you in the fields of your projects where you desire. Consulting means the development of concepts, requirement specifications and project-timetables etc. as well as support in all the meetings and milestones of the project.
