Summary of the project:
WestLB AG Düsseldorf commissioned Aperto AG Berlin to migrate its Vignette Storyserver-based Content Management System to Day Communique. NKPM took care of the project management for Aperto AG during this project. The Content Management System is the central platform for the delivery of information on the Internet. WestLB uses the CMS for its Intranet, Extranet and, for example, the website www.westlb.de besides many other services for external and internal communication purposes worldwide. Nils Köster was the central contact during the entire Aperto AG project.

As the leader of an 18-strong team my tasks included project planning, cost estimations and controlling, team management and communcation with the client WestLB.
