Summary of the project:
Aperto AGs CEO Dirk Buddensiek commissioned NKPM to provide consultation as regards outsourcing projects or project parts. Based on NKPMs know-how in this field, Slovenia was considered to be the target market for Aperto.

NKPM and Aperto determined three candidates out of fifteen potential partner companies in Slovenia. The decision was taken based on a structured analysis of personal meetings, research information, and background information provided by a Slovenian market expert.

A favourite partner was found after face-to-face meetings with all three candidates in Slovenia. Aperto immediately commenced negotiations concerning an initial cooperation project with this new partner.



My tasks in this project:
NKPM executed the entire assessment by finding potential partners and establishing contact with a qualified expert in Slovenia. NKPM finalised the project by arranging meetings with the potential partners and preparing the decision memo. All the project steps where directly coordinated in cooperation with the CEO.
